DHL told
Me that my package is stuck at customs due to a missing receipt.
I am totally lost at how to reach them to give the receipt to them.
The package contains a product I am returning to the Chinese sender. I bought something and the quality etc is so bad that I am sending the product back for a full refund.

It is the recipient's responsibility to provide receipt to China government when making customs clearance. Some bad sellers intensionally don't make customs clearance in order to avoiding accept return goods and issue refund. This is actually a cheating activity. You need to report fraud to your marketplace.
