Hi, I placed an order on December 3rd.

It was received on January 9th at Richmond, and since then, there's been no activity.

Can you please let me know what's going on?

Canada Post website shows LL896156834CN arrived Vancouver airport in RICHMOND,BC on Jan 9. But no further update. Normally such parcel will be delivered within 10 business days after arriving Canada. It is very likely to be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get this parcel by end of Jan, you need open dispute for refund.
