Hi, 14 days now without concrete information about the package with the tracking-number CY511373157DE.

DHL said it was handed over to chinapost.

So, chinapost, can you tell me something new? I would be very happy if you could asure me, the package is not lost.

CY511373157DE has no arrival record in China Post system. It might be stuck in China customs or be lost. You need contact Germany Post(DHL) and start investigation.

Thank You for the answer. If the Package stucks in china custom, does it make sense to contact ChinaPost too?
