Hello Guys,

I need your help on the below tracking no, some are over 45days and china post did not update their link on the location of the packages.

RP638335892CN (Last Update: 22-07-2019 04:12)
RV950476667CN (Last Update: 17-07-2019 19:09)
RV955618818CN (Last Update: 22-07-2019 04:12)
RW240331880CN (Last Update: 07-08-2019 18:44)

Your help is highly needed.

Having no update information normally means the parcel is outside China.

From China to Nigeria will take 4 to 8 weeks. Once parcel arrives Nigeria, you will see new status in Nigeria Post website.

I think something is wrong somewhere, i order for items from 2 different seller and they both ship almost same they day RP669398994CN and RW240331880CN through same China Post Registered Air Mail. the one that pass through Beijing Air (RP669398994CN) i received the item yesterday and the tracking was updated from the shipping day till i got it yesterday. But the ones that pass through Guangzhou, guangzhou swap bureau which is RW240331880CN, RV950476667CN, RV955618818CN and RW240331880CN are yet to be received or updated. their where about is unknown. Please tell me if they re having issues in Guangzhou which is keeping people parcel in this location because i see people complaining about this same location "Guangzhou"

Peoples items are hanged in Guangzhou through China Post Registered Mail and you guys are not doing anything to get this resolve. Items of 2weeks delivery is taking more than 2months to deliver, Buyers are requesting for refund over the world which is not safe for the seller in their business. this is not safe for growing of businesses. kindly get the issue at "Guangzhou" resolve else you will start losing customers shipping through your post. if by month end i still have not gotten my parcel through china post then i will request for a refund from the seller.

What is happening, can you guys update us on what is happening in Guangzhou. Local post said the items has not entered Nigeria

Guangzhou airport processing is very slow. you need wait some more days.
