Hey, I have placed an order on the 14th of September and since then I tracked the package status. At the 23th of September the tracking status of the package stopped updating and stuck on "Dispatch from sorting center". On the 23 of October the order has closed so I reached out to the seller who told me there is no more info about the package and to wait couple more days to ask refund.

Now, I want to know if there is a chance for the package to arrive at all
and to know at least if it is truly lost or something..
Or where is it? is it still in China?

Honestly it never happened to me before and I usually very satisfied with the shipping method and this seller. I really hope it will show up in the near future /:

Hey, I just checked again the package's status on 17track and it says:
"Reached the place of arrival" (on the 10 of November)
can you confirm for me that the package indeed has arrived?
