I am in punta arenas chile and my package has not arrived since April 4, 2020. I do not know how to locate it. I have a shipping number for China Post. Thank you very much for the help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV379768912CN shows the package was handed over to airline on June 1. It takes much longer for packages to arrive during coronavirus. It is normal for a package to be stuck in China for 2-3 month waiting for a flight out. Just be patient and watch for your buyer protection period if it is running out soon, or open dispute for a refund
