I placed an order on 2/1/2020 order # 30393 and received a ZZEUB tracking number on 4/1 #LY032462335CN however I have not been able to track order. Is the package still arriving? Next will be to call American Express for a refund and open investigation.
Please advise...

LA102898677CN was shipped by seller from china on Apr 2 and was sent to zhengzhou airport on apr 11. It is still in zhengzhou waiting for flight to USA.
