Post Package cannot deliver

For a month now i am trying to contact someone responsible for this package CK070157583DE every body tells me that they are not responsible and from contacting chinapost or dhl china i dont get an answer. Can you please help me and try delivering it again. Thank you

the parcel arrived China Post office in Longhua,Shenzhen on Feb 27 but failed delivery . You should ask receiver call 18520827530 (attn: 投递员：陈小华) to pickup the parcel . I hope the parcel has not been returned to Germany yet.
