Ok, I reci de but....

non-compliance!
I received the shoes but they don't match what I ordered. They are ugly imitations in plastic.
I want to return them and get a refund.
I'm waiting for your instructions

Questo è un bel problema ,dipende da chi hai acquistato , che politica usa per i resi e come hai pagato(se hai pagato con PayPal hai più speranze) ,perchè rispedire un pacco in Cina costa un pò .
Vai sul sito dove hai acquistato e apri un controversia .
