RV281333284CN delayed in Shenzhen airport over one month. Good news is that the parcel was sent to airline on Jan 20 from Shanghai.

Normally such airmail parcel will take about 2 to 8 weeks to reach India after sent to airline, please wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
