I have placed an order with you on the 20th March 2018 and paid for 3 business day express shipping. The last movement on this tracking no was on the 04/04/2018 --- sent to airline. There is no tracing in South Africa yet
Please advise what the status of this shipment is as I get no response on my E-Mails

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Apr 4. normally parcel will reach South Africa in 30 to 60 days after sent to airline. you need some patient.

I still hav`nt received my parcel and according to China Post this Item has bee4n Sent to Airline on 3rd April 2018 and has not moved since then surely this is not acceptable

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number was sent to airline on Apr 3.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

After sent to airline you need wait up to 60 days to get it in SA.
