I have been waiting for my order tracking number LT973406488CN, I search it and it says delivered it doesn't say when but it never came, what's going on?

usps.com shows LT973406488CN was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:04 pm on August 7, 2019 in EASTLAKE, OH 44095.

If you did not find the parcel in your mailbox, you need contact your local USPS office for delivery detail.
