I have a problem with my order with id LM189417699CN.According to China Post, my order couldn't be delivered as planned. and told me to contac.What i must do to resend my order?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned to shipper in China .

ELTA website also shows the parcel failed delivery(none pickup the parcel) on Jan, then it was returned to China on Jan 25.

You can not get this parcel anymore.

What do you mean i cant get this parcel anymore.Noone told me that delivery was ready to pick up
I payed it and i didnt get a refund

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress or other method witch has buyer protection policy, you can try to open dispute and claim refund for non-arrival order.
