Hi my parcel LM313070799CN still hasn’t changed status since 27th November and says item held at Outward Office of Exchange, You have said previously it has been shipped but it cannot have been as it still says held so has not gone anywhere, Any help would be appreciated as it cannot be normal for it to still say held, Royal Mail have not received any updates on it either so I presume I’m never going to see this parcel and I will have to open a dispute with the seller, Any help please.

LM313070799CN seems to have problem to pass export customs check. I suggest you wait 2 more weeks. If you can not get it by Xmas time, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Does this mean I definitely won’t be getting it as I need to open up a dispute with the seller, And can you tell me the reason for it not passing export security check, Thanks Again.

if your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute immediately. Otherwise I suggest you wait 2 more weeks.
