Hello! My parcel was sent on April, 14 via EMS. The last update of the parcel was on May, 3. According to your table, the max delivery time for my country is 65 days. My parcel is on its way for 92 days. Was it returned to the shipper or not? Thanks!

We have very limited stats for shipment to Russia. According to shipment to other countries, 3 month is still within the normal time period during Covid 19. I'd suggest you wait for a while and ask for an extension for your buyer protection if it is running out soon, or open dispute for a refund
