I have had no updates to the status of my parcel LL850704300CN for over three weeks, since it was listed as departing customs. Are you able to confirm that it has arrived in the UK and give me an estimated time that it may be delivered.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL850704300CN was just shipped from Guangzhou to UK on Nov 20. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Royal Mail system. Possible location is in Guangzhou airport or UK customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes UK customs.

Now is Holiday shopping rush season, waiting time might take 20 to 40 days.

Once parcel is released to UK customs, Royal Mail website will show its local location in UK. please wait some more time.
