Good afternoon, I've sent a parcel from Germany on the 21st of December 2018 with registered mail number RT052123495DE to China. It arrived in China but since the 2nd January 2019 there was no update. There is written "Guangzhou center import customs cleared (domestic transit)" but since that nothing happened. Please check what happened to my parcel and let me know asap. I've returned some clothes and I have to get a refund from the company, so it's very important. Thank you very much. Best regards. RT052123495DE stuck in China customs for 2 weeks, it seems to have customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
