Post No tracking updates for 2 weeks

Hi everyone!

I’ve bought some stuff from reliable and well known for me seller 2 weeks ago. As usually he provided me with tracking number. But I don’t receive any tracking updates for the last 2 weeks. A week ago he sent me another package and this one already on US customs. Does it mean that EMS lost my first package? What to do and how to check? Tracking number is EA405643422CN. Thanks in advance!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=EA405643422CN shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 16. It should be delayed in Guangzhou.

I suggest you wait another 10 days. If you can not get it by Dec 8, open dispute for lost parcel.
