The last tracking update for was in China which showed the package having 航空公司启运. Over a 50 days, there have been no further updates from either the China Post site or the USPS site. May I please have a status update on the whereabouts of my packages please? Thank you.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service and easy to lost.

If parcel weight is less than 2kgs, it will take 2 to 12 weeks to reach USA . If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take up to half year to reach USA. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives USA .

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
