Can anyone help me. When I try to use the tracking code of my shipment, I still get the line NO SHIPPING RECORDS !!!!!!!

No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.
