Hi I order an item from FCOZY site that says it was shipped by China post (Tracking number: RV298038900CN).
Is FCOZY is a fraud company? http://fcozy.com/
Its been almost a month now that I've been tracking it, but it shows no tracking record with the provided tracking number.
Can china post update me on what is happening?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RV298038900CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
