Hello,

It says parcel delivered, but LZ355774887CN was never received. The postal code to which was delivered (T6E) is also incorrect as my postal code starts with T6G. I have already reached out to the retailer and they have directed me to contact china post.

It was delivered by Canada Post. Canada Post will only ship the goods as per the address printed in the parcel which means Your seller shipped the goods to wrong address.

We are quite confident that this is a ty scam. The seller shipped some cheap junk item to another address (T6E) and use the delivery result to claim payment from your marketplace or Paypal.

You need open dispute against seller for refund.
