Hello,

My package has been stuck in china since July, I shipped from USA via USPS. Here is tracking.

UA657569189US

What should I do? thanks!

UA657569189US seems to be lost. You need contact USPS and file investigation. USPS will contact China Post for parcel detail. If China Post can not find the parcel , USPS will ask you claim insurance compensation.

I tried contacting them but the service is really horrible here. Is there any other method?
