Post My parcel stuck at Beijing airport for month

I have ordered something from china end of January.
However since Feb 10 my item is held at Beijing airport. Should I assume it is under the ocean or still on its way to Canada?
Here is my tracking number
RY812886540CN
Can anyone help me plz? Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Feb 10. Normally such register airmail parcel will wait about 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight to Vancouver airport in Richmond BC, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass canada customs processing. Total you need wait about 2 to 3 months to get the goods in Canada.

Next time please use china post ePacket to ship goods from china to canada. ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.
