Why is my order UT384446040CN seems to be stuck and the note provided by China Post "Arrive at the [United States] secondary processing center" for the last month. Is it actually there???

UT384446040CN arrived USA on Oct 29. But such parcel starting with U is called china post ordinary parcel which is very cheap and slow. USPS gives very low priority to handle and process such parcel in USA. I believe you need wait another 10 to 20 days to get your parcel.
