My tracking code RG969986605CN has not been delivered. As at 19th February 2019, there was a failed delivery. I want to know what I should do receive my delivery.

Ghana Post website showsRG969986605CN arrived ACCRA GPO on Feb 14, Unsuccessful delivery, Addressee not available at time of delivery/Item being held, addressee being notified.

You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel asap.
