Post Missing parcel again?

This is the second hair vendor with six weeks who has claimed the returned parcel RN444832555GB was not delivered their address even though the tracker states the item was delivered on 5th Jul. Please can China post verify the parcel was delivered. I want my refund.

Just out of interest what is China postal service doing to prevent fraud with sellers. How are you protecting your customers?

RN444832555GB arrived China Post office in 邮政河南省许昌县尚集 but failed delivery .This is rural area, I don't think China Post can make delivery. You need ask receiver come to that post office to pickup the parcel in person.

Please can you confirm that the parcel is still pending at the post office as the Seller has advised that the parcel wasn’t there to collect!

No collect record in china post system so far.
