Hello,
Until recently, this tracking number worked, although there hadn't been any further updates in roughly 10 days? But now when I click the link, it says there is no tracking record.

I had received an email from Royal mail confirming they were made aware that a package was on the way, but on their side they state it's still leaving China.

I don't know what's happened, for it to now not have a shipping record despite their being one recently.
