I’m trying to get info on package LZ338265337CN. It says returned from customs and I can’t get any further info. I’m trying to figure if something needs to be done on my end.

The Airline does not have shipping space to accept China Post's parcel container and rejected the parcels. This often happens in holiday rush season.

China Post will try to find other airline to ship the goods. Please wait a couple of days to see new update.

Thank you for the response I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t returned because some fee wasn’t paid or something like that, I will wait until after the holidays

How come the package was returned to the shipper? How do I get my package back?
