It shows that my order information has been received since 17 June 2020. And then there is no update whatsoever. Please confirm the status of this shipment. I would like to the refuse the shipment if it's not been shipped.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY312823413CN shows the latest status as "order information received", which means only a label is created and the package has not been sent to China Post yet. You need to contact with the seller or the site from which you bought the item for a cancellation and refund
