Hi,

My parcel seems to be stuck in Shanghai right now and it is not moving since April 25th, the tracking system is not providing me any more new updates since, it has been more than a month now, can I have my parcel checked please?

LX641975238CN is still in Shanghai waiting for flight to Australia.

coronavirus has badly delayed parcel from china to Australia. Our latest report shows average waiting time to Australia is about 6 weeks. you need wait some more time:
