Hi,

How do we get further information on a parcel- last update was sent to airline. That was 2 months ago?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX127367459CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on May 14. It is still in China waiting for flight to UK. No update.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average time to UK is about 7 weeks maximum time is 4 months. Your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame. You need some more time.
