Hi,

I actually dont believe that my parcel is stuck in a back log at the airport. Ive ordered other products from China weeks later that have already arrived.
China Post is responsible for my package. I have the tracking information. If you cannot get me what i paid for then i will be demanding my money back from you.

China Post has too many parcels waiting in the warehouse, it is difficult to organize the space as per shipping time sequence.

So Assignment of these space is a totally random. Our stat shows fastest parcel to UK in only 12 days. On the other hand, some parcels shipped in early Feb are still waiting in warehouse for flight space. It almost like a lottery.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute to seller to claim refund.
