http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX062503949CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Italy on Mar 30.

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to Europe. parcel will have 2 to 3 weeks delay, please wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund.
