Post lost parcel in new zealand

Hi I was sent a parcel in New Zealand by Ali Express thru china post. NZ post receives the parcel and delivers to the NZ address. NZ POST has delivered the parcel to wrong address . I asked for refund for the cost of the item.I was told by Nz post that refund can be given to China post only and chinapost should fill required form and they will send refund to them. Any Help please.

NZ post normally will not make wrong delivery. It is more likely your seller printed wrong address in the parcel or gave you other people's tracking number.

You should open dispute to Ali express for refund.
