Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I send a package 1,5 month ago and it says its still in customs. Can you give me any information why its taking so long?

the seller didn't make customs clearance. That is why it is still stuck in the customs.
The reason might be:
1)you didn't write the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel. Therefore, China Post can not send customs clearance notification and secret code to the recipient's mobile phone number. If this is the case, please ask recipient to call 11183 and ask for help.

2)your seller doen't not want to accept the parcel. If this is the case, China Post can't do anything to make delivery. This is not a shipping problem. You need open dispute to your marketplace and find solution.
