Post Long shipping to Luxemburg

Hi, I have had ordered two products which I wanted to ship to Luxembourg but I'm now waiting nearly 6 weeks and today it said that it was at the china/Kazakhstan border in a train. Why does it take so long to get it to Luxembourg? Where at my other packet which was shipped to the Netherlands arrived in nearly 2 weeks.(For the 4th time)

you need write tracking number, otherwise none can help you.

The package was received by China Post on May 23 and was tried to ship by air but did not get a space, then it was shipped by Sino-European railway on June 19. It should arrive around July 15 to July 25 according to our stats.

Some packages are fast some are slow. This is something you can not control during this time. It is normal for packages to wait for several several weeks to 3 month in China to get a space on a plane out during this time
