Hi! I would appreciate your help ref. shippment LO574192482CN.
The last status remains unchanged since 5th Dec.2019:

2019/12/5 23:10 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

That means you as logistics company in charge have not handed it yet over - since 8 days - to an airline. I have already got a parcel delivered which i ordered later and on cheaper delivery terms.

Could you give me Information please why my parcel has not been moved forward since then?
As it will certainly take time to be processed by customs and Austrian post, it does not seem likely to reach me by the end of December when my buyer protection will expire too.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO574192482CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Austria on Dec 5. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Austria Post system. Possible location is in Guangzhou airport or Austria customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Austria customs.

Now is Holiday shopping rush season, waiting time might take 20 to 40 days.

Once parcel is released to Austria customs, Austria Post website will show its local location in Austria. please wait some more time.
