Hi, my package LO376812965CN has status as delivered. Yet I havent received anything. What should I do?

Australia Post website shows LO376812965CN was delivered by Post office in RESERVOIR VIC on Nov 14.

If you can not find the goods in your mailbox, Please contact Australia Post for delivery detail.

I already talked to Australia Post, they said I should contact you as they have nothing to do with it. What other steps should I do?

Australia Post is very irresponsible. They parcel is delivered by them, how can you contact China post to get your parcel? If Australia Post does not help you, none can help you to get this parcel. You need contact their supervisor and file complaint.
