So who is considered the sender? China EMS?
Dear David Givens,
Thank you for taking the time to notify us of your experience.
Regarding your package: LZ13 9780 075C N
As previously stated, your package was last physically scanned in our NY 11430 facility on 1/8/25. I contacted that facility, and they have ensured that the package is no longer with them and was sent out properly. Because of the amount of time that has passed since it was last scanned, and our efforts of locating your package have not been successful at this time, I advise you to file a missing mail search request (which you have already completed) and to contact the sender. You may use this letter as supporting documentation that you have not received this package and was mishandled by USPS when contacting the sender. I do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and our mishandling of your package.
I recommend you contact the sender of your item immediately. You can supply them with a copy of this letter as proof that you have filed a claim of non-receipt to the USPS. The sender can use this letter as supporting documentation for a claim.
The package could possibly still surface for delivery, but given the elapsed time since then, it appears more likely something may have happened to the package to impede it from advancing further in the mail stream, possibly the label becoming damaged and illegible or the contents separating from the packaging. In either event, the item would have been sent to the Mail Recovery Center (MRC). Your MRC request was successfully received and initiated on 2/14/25, the tracking reflects this. You will be notified with the findings of the MRC search.
Again, I do sincerely apologize for this experience. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I worked to resolve this matter for you. If you have any further questions, comments or concerns please feel free to contact me by replying to this email or by calling my number listed below.
Sincerely,
Nick L.
