Post Item ordered still in transit for 2 months

The tracking says arrived in Canada and send for further processing. That was Updated on Nov 2 almost one and half month ago. I called Canada Post and also visited and tracked on the system, but they can't help as it says it’s on transit to Canada and not yet reached. I call the border agency and they said they never received it. Now I'm trying to contact China post bit I don't know how. The sender Sends always an auto reply each and every time I send.
This way I seem to get cheated by a seller who is in China and is very irresponsible whenever contacted. Is there anyway I can get details of this tracking number? Tracking Number LL800931025CN

LL800931025CN has not entered into Canada Post system yet. I believe the parcel was delayed by Hong Kong airport protest in Oct and is still in Hong Kong airport like many other similar parcels.

You need wait some more days.
