According to the China Post the item was delivered in only a week to the US . Timeline indicates it was held up in export customs to America but all the sudden appears at the hub for delivery. All of our mail carriers take photos of the item that was left and also scans the barcode. None of these were provided. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm not even sure how to contact customer support? I don't speak Chinese.

USPS.COM shows LZ399088701CN was delivered at 9:20 am on April 22, 2026 in MANSFIELD, TX 76063. Are you in MANSFIELD, TX 76063?

No I'm in Greenville Texas zip code 75402.
Also, delivery times were off. One said 9:20am and another said 2:00 in the afternoon.

your seller shipped the goods to MANSFIELD, TX 76063. You need contact your seller to send you new item or open dispute to your marketplace for refund.
