http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was just shipped today. This kind of register airmail has very very low priority to be processed by Canada Post. You might need wait 40 to 90 days to get it delivered in Canada.

to your house. enter canada takes only one or two weeks. Canada Post Import processing might take 40 to 80 days.

Sine it doesnt update the tracking how would i know if my parcel gets lost?

The parcel should be ok. Canada Post does not scan China Post register mail. So its status will never be updated. This does not mean the parcel is lost.
