Post Is there a problem with my parcel?

I ordered some clothes from zaful and for the past three days all I get from the tracking site is "CHINA,DEPARTURE FROM OUTWARD OFFICE OF EXCHANGE". Zaful also sent me an email saying that there is an abnormality in my package and I should contact china post to collect my parcel. I don't know what to do or how to collect my parcel from China (I am from Greece).
My tracking number is LO070770601CN

LO070770601CN was just shipped from china to Athen on Aug 22. Normally such ePacket will take 10 to 30 days to arrive Greece. you need wait some more time.

Once parcel is scanned by Greece Post(ELTA), you will see new status in ELTA website.
