Shipper has asked me cancel dispute, and will refund me $10 after package arrives. I may have been born at night, but it was not last night. What do you recommend, should I cancel the dispute?

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to Canada is about 8 weeks. Your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame(max time can take 89 days).

Once parcel arrives Canada, http://track-chinapost.com/start_canadapost.php will show arrival info.
