Post Is my Package lost?

It's been more than a month, and EMS typically arrives between 8-12 days to US, this is the first time that its been delayed for this long. Should i start a refund process or wait more? If so How long should I wait? Tracking has not been updated for 5 weeks now.

EMS normally arrives USA within 2 weeks. However, occasionally it might be delayed. Give you an example, http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EA930711349CN shows an EMS parcel was shipped May but delivered in July. Total waiting time is about 2 months.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund. Otherwise please keep waiting.

I will, thank you. I actually like the seller so I guess I'll keep on waiting. So this package most likely is not lost then? just held up somewhere and some point will get to me eventually?

I am just alarmed there is no other updates on tracking since Aug 6,I wish it would say in customs or something. does this delay typically last for like 60 days or so? I am at day 45 now, just trying to gauge my claim if I will even make one.

We're not sure exactly how many days you should be wait, suggest you be patient and watch for the further status.

I still don't have it after 90 days, did my chance of not getting it moved from 20% to 50% now?
