Post Is my package coming at all?

This is my tracking number
CO141166458DE

It was sent out from Europe LAST december and it's still not here.
It's not the first time I ordered from this company and last time it was all fine, but this time it's taking way too long. I need to know what the heck is going with this package.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=CO141166458DE shows the parcel arrived China on Jan 9,2019. But failed delivery , then the parcel was sent to Shanghai on March 2 and returned to Germany on Mar 9 from Shanghai.

You can not get this parcel anymore. If you paid with paypal, open dispute for refund.

i need to get a refund for the item, can you at least update the tracking link?? because it doesnt show anything beyond january 9....
