Dear ChinaPost Support ,

I am the recipient of the shipment CC176408089DE from Germany to China.

Since the order confirmation from the seller only showed my delivery address without my phone number, I would like to check whether my mainland China phone number is included in the waybill/system for customs clearance and delivery.

If not, could you please help update/add my contact details to this shipment record?

CC176408089DE 刚刚到达成都, 如果shipper 没有在包裹上写你的手机号码,现在是没有办法把你的手机号码加到系统的. 没有手机号码, 中国邮政(或者任何其他快递)都是不能投递货物的.

你现在需要使用“掌上海关” APP先报关, 然后联络你们当地的中国邮政(电话11183)看看能否有什么办法让你去邮局提货.
