Post Information of all my orders stopped updating

Hello.

A few weeks ago I made a couple of orders using Aliexpress, using your delivery service. Literally in one day, the delivery information of all my three orders stopped updating.

I would like to know if everything is fine?

My orders:

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV366721103CN shows all your parcels were just shipped from China to Ukraine last week. They are all fine, but will have some serious delay in shipping time and status update.

Right now Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from China to Europe. China Post has no shipping space to send so many parcels. Your parcel are all register airmail parcels which has low priority to compete shipping space with EMS and ePacket. They are all waiting in warehouse, not sure when they can get shipping space from airline.

Right now you can not do anything except waiting.

That is, because of the coronavirus and low priority of the airline, the parcels stopped sending from this airline at all? Or are some of them still moving slowly?

And another question - how long do you think this will last? Will I receive my parcels in the next month?

right now all your airmail parcels are stopped. Limited airline space are reserved for EMS and ePacket which already have very long waiting line with high priority. Unfortunately I can not see any chance for your parcel to catch flight in near future. At least not in the coming 2 weeks.

We can not give you any prediction until coronavirus crisis ends in both China and Europe and the government remove all the restriction in airlines.
