Hello, I've order off a website, on the 4th of March 2018. I've been since waiting for it as I knew it would take a while, it's been over a month, and they don't reply back to my emails. I've already warned them that I would blame them for a fraud website and nothing. My tracking number was supposingly this "RY901859577CN". And whenever I check the tracking process it has been the same since the 18th of March and nothing has changed. They've only replied to me once and that was 5th of April saying it would only take 3 business days to arrive. I got nothing, could you please locate my parcel. if there is one?

Hi the status has changed and it says Cyprus post office attempt delivery for the 23rd and then on the 25th sent to airline! what does that suppose to mean? i have never received anything and so did my mum.
